How difficult is the level 1 Google educator test? ›

The level 1 exam will test your knowledge of core Google Workspace products including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Classroom. You need to be comfortable using these tools in a classroom context in order to pass the exam. As you will see from the teacher feedback I've included below, this exam is not easy.

Google Certified Educator Level 1 (GCEL1) is a certification that verifies you have learned the skills and tools to use Google tools in the classroom as an educator.

Take the Google Certified Educator Level 1 exam (2-3 hours) to assess your ability to successfully integrate Google tools into their teaching practice to enhance teaching and learning. This exam will help you build your confidence as you work with educators and Google tools.

Always label your status with the achieved level: Google Certified Educator Level 1 or Google Certified Educator Level 2. These certifications are valid for 36 months.

Are Google Career Certificates Worth It? Google certificates offer many benefits to students, and they are certainly worth the time and effort. According to a recent survey, 75% of Google Career program graduates got a job, promotion, or salary increase after completing their certificate.

How much do the Google Career Certificates cost? Google Career Certificates cost $49 per month on Coursera after an initial 7-day free trial period. All Google Career Certificates are completely self-paced. At about 10 hours of study per week, many learners complete a Google Career Certificate in three to six months.

Google Cloud do not publish the passing score, so you do not know what your score would be. All that is reflected on screen at the end of the exam is a Passed or Not Passed status. From my experiences in 5 GCP exams, I think the passing score is closer to 70-75% than 80%.

The Google Cloud Platform exams do have a lot of similarities to the AWS exams, but in our opinion, for most people, the GCP Professional Cloud Architect exam will be more difficult than the AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional exam.

The Google IT Support Professional Certificate is not hard to get. It's an entry-level certification that introduces students to the world of computing. Nevertheless, you'll need to put in the required effort to finish the certification in a reasonable amount of time (6 months) and pass all the graded assignments.
