Always brought in my small dog for her nail trimming. In and out... Five minutes. Proffediondal, nice. Quick. No trauma to my pup

I took my dog Charlie here for the first time to get his nails trimmed. It took them only 5 min and we were paid up and on our way. They're super polite and I look forward to going back.

When I took my Maltese in, I specifically asked for the hair on the face and around the eyes NOT TO BE CUT. I also asked for her back side( butt) and underside to be clipped. I also wrote out what I wanted. I go to pick her up. Around the eyes have been shaved and no clipped backside or underside. Waste of time and money.

My dog is very aggressive when he gets his nails clipped and they do such a great job here. Making my dog feel as comfortable as possible. Been going here for a year now and would highly recommend. As well as not having insane prices

After many calls, i finally found this awesome little gem! The lady that took my call was very receptive to everything i needed to tell her. Much to my surprise, (because i have a special needs pup)she told me to come on in.When i got there they allowed one person in at a time, complying with the social distancing. They again let me tell them what I thought would be important info like her deformities and so on. They made me feel great about leaving my little miracle. They did a great job with her and even got the harness and bandanna on her. I will definitely be bringing my other 2 dogs because they really did a great job with my little Runtlee.Im looking forward to you all meeting my other 2. You loved Runtlee. .... But my Charlee René and Runtlee's mom Klohee will melt your heart..... I can't wait!!Thank you for your kindness to my little Runtlee. See ya soon!!Cassandra.

Great place to take my little guy for a nail trim and they even brushed his teeth. Prices are out standing and service was fantastic. I will be taking my little pumpkin back for sure.

I brought my two dogs to get their nails trimmed. I called to see if they needed an appointment and they said walk in for a nail trim was fine. They were so quick and sweet with both my dogs! The facility is clean, there's a spacious waiting area and you can see through the back area to where the groomers are working on their dogs. Definitely recommend and will go back again!

Best Dog spa for our Sammy. Been to other dog groomers in the area and they did good jobs but they would say he’s mouthy and seemed a little difficult. Once we brought him here I could tell in Sammy’s demeanor he was in a happy place. Folks here are so nice never complained and Sammy is a joy to have. Such a good feeling here. Only place we go now.

We struggled for the past two years , just couldn’t find anyone who can take care of our small Maltese, we just need grooming and nails done finally we found Hailee so close to our house and they are fast and clean with excellent service, five star ⭐️,thanks Hailee for keeping our four legged family clean and good looking, Mr ACE Kumar.

So friendly! We were in & out very quickly. We just went to get our nails done. Very reasonably priced!

Dog whisperers. They are good with both my dogs including the rescue that growls at and bites everyone. I don’t get an extra handling fee because they are able to handle her. Dogs always come out clean and fresh with nice cuts. They listen to me with my likes and dislikes and follow through with the cut I want.

AMAZING. If you have dogs who struggle with anxiety problems or hyper dogs that can’t get along with your current groomer I completely suggest this place! Our dogs have a hard time staying still and came back with numerous cuts from other groomers. One of my dogs in particular even got an ear infection at the last place we went, however Paw Spa made it a very calming environment for our dogs. The groomer said she didn’t get any cuts which was odd for us to hear because our dogs are particularly aggressive towards people they don’t know. Paw Spa is an amazing place!!

Great place to take my baby. She's always happy and clean when I pick her up. Third prices are very reasonable and they are very fast.

I took my dog here and will never go back. The cut and shaved the dog hair way too close to the skin causing a laceration.I had to spend money to take the dog to the doctor as my dog was very uncomfortable. These people are not professional dog groomers. Never go here, it is not safe!

This is the only place I will take my dogs. Halie and Matt are so great with animals. They treat them with care and kindness. They always look and smell so clean and offer professional grooming.

Such a wonderful experience! Paw Spa in Elk Grove is one of the best groomers we’ve been to in a long time! They did a great job with our boys and the price was very reasonable. We are so pleased to have found this gem!
